Exactly what you pay, when, what it includes, and how to stop. Prices shown in USD excluding tax; tax is calculated at checkout for your location.

One-time versus renewing
- Presentation Pass is a one-time purchase. It never renews and never turns into a subscription.
- Plus and Pro renew automatically, monthly or yearly, until you cancel. Before you pay we show the full amount charged today and on each renewal. Annual plans charge the full yearly total up front.
- Your renewal date and renewal amount are always shown on your billing page.
Allowances and metering
- A standard presentation includes a bounded source and build envelope, the slides, timed script, question bank and five small AI revisions. A substantially new brief is a new presentation; we tell you before starting one.
- Rehearsal is active session time, including question and answer turns, excluding pauses and stopped sessions. Up to 12 minutes of coach speech per rehearsal hour is included and does not reduce your narration balance.
- Narration is newly generated usable audio. Replaying cached audio is free. A read-aloud request beyond the rehearsal allowance is a separate narration action you accept explicitly.
- A paid imported-deck rehearsal doesn’t use a new presentation allowance. Oversized imports get a separate quote first.
- Retries, duplicate delivery and unusable failed output never create more than one debit.
Never charged: manual editing of slides, script and notes; inspecting sources and evidence; replaying cached narration or coach audio; re-exporting an unchanged supported file; retries after a failure on our side or a provider's.
Expiry
- Presentation Pass. The Pass's AI allowance (creation, revisions, rehearsal and narration) is available for 30 days from purchase. Your project and exported files stay yours afterwards.
- Monthly subscriptions. Included allowances reset each month. Unused included allowance does not roll over.
- Annual subscriptions. You pay the full year up front; allowances are released (vest) monthly, the same amounts as the monthly plan, without rollover.
- Top-ups and AI credits. Purchased top-ups and credits do not expire while the service operates.
AI allowance expiry and storage of your projects are different things: when an allowance expires, your projects and files are not deleted. See after paid access ends.

Purchased top-ups and credits don’t expire while the service operates. Credits pay only for optional work whose cost varies, and each such action shows a quote before it runs. Credits are not money and cannot be redeemed for cash.
No automatic overages
When an allowance runs out, the action stops and asks. We never charge automatic paid overages, never preselect add-ons at checkout, and never enrol you in a subscription from a Pass.
Taxes and payment
Prices shown in USD excluding tax; tax is calculated at checkout for your location. Where local law requires tax-inclusive prices, checkout shows the full amount including tax in your currency before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe; we don’t store your card number. If a renewal payment fails, we tell you before your access changes.
Refunds and withdrawal
Refund and withdrawal rights apply per applicable consumer law in your country; counsel to confirm the specific terms for each market. We don’t apply a blanket “no refunds after generation” rule.
If promised output fails (for example a build fails without usable output), the action is not charged, or its allowance is restored. For anything else, contact support@slidedeck.my and we’ll look at it with you.
Cancellation
- Cancel any time from your account billing page. No support ticket and no survey.
- Paid access continues until the end of the period you’ve paid for; the subscription then doesn’t renew.
- Before you confirm, we show your renewal date, which allowances will expire, your archive period, and how to export or delete your data.
- Files you have exported remain fully usable.
After paid access ends
Your projects stay available to read and export for 12 months after your paid entitlement ends, up to a total of 500 MB per account (saved recordings are not included). We send notices before archived content is deleted. You can export or delete earlier at any time. If you return, compatible projects reopen with their provenance, and stale claims are flagged before reuse.
Price and allowance changes
We give advance notice of price or allowance changes for renewing plans, and they apply from your next renewal. A change never shortens something you’ve already bought.
