Delete your account

1. Sign in and open Account → Privacy.
2. Under “Delete account”, choose whether to delete after a 7-day grace period (you can cancel until then) or right away.
3. Type DELETE to confirm. We email you when deletion is scheduled and again when it's done.

Deletion removes stored files and database records. Backups roll over within 30 days after deletion.

• A renewing Plus or Pro subscription is set to stop renewing before your account is deleted, so you won't be charged again.
• Deleting your account doesn't by itself refund the current period or a Pass. Refund rights are set out in the billing policy.
• If we can't reach the payment provider at that moment, we wait and finish the deletion within a day rather than delete while a renewal could still happen.

Accounting and tax law requires us to keep records of purchases (amounts, dates, tax, plan) — in Sweden for seven years. These records are stored separately from your presentations, contain no presentation content, and are deleted when the period ends. Our audit trail keeps only the fact that the account was deleted, with internal ids and no content.

• Download your data from Account → Privacy. The ZIP includes your presentations' versions, briefs, source details, files you uploaded, rehearsal transcripts and feedback.
• Export any decks you need as PowerPoint, PDF or Word from each presentation.
• We can't recall files you've already downloaded or sent to others.

Use the privacy request form and choose “Delete my data”. We confirm by email that the request came from the account's address, then schedule the deletion. Questions: privacy@slidedeck.my.
